Meetgeek is a virtual meeting assistant designed to integrate with a company's existing workflow without necessitating any alterations. It can be linked with Zoom or MS Teams accounts and will automatically participate in meetings as a standard member. During these meetings, the assistant can be interacted with via voice commands. This allows participants to create tasks or initiate automation workflows. Once the meeting concludes, an email is sent to the participants detailing the meeting's outcome. This includes the video and audio recording, a full transcript, and a summary of the main highlights and notes. Participants have the option to share either the full meeting or a condensed 2-minute summary with their team, enabling them to stay informed and catch up at their own speed. Meetgeek also provides a searchable web-based repository where all conversations are stored. This allows users to easily navigate previous conversations or search for specific words.
